Realspeed is looking for a performance enthusiast to help us respond to customer inquiries and keep the workflow moving in the shop. This job REQUIRES interest in racing and performance parts, eagerness to learn and extensive knowledge of high performance parts in general and the Ford Mustang performance industry in particular. Job duties include: -Answering phones -Writing estimates and work orders -Scheduling appointments -Keeping customers updated on the progress of their jobs -Ordering parts as needed -Recording purchases and tracking inventory -Assisting in the shop with light work such as washing cars and strapping down cars to the dynamometer -Staying informed about the latest developments in the mustang performance industry Pay based on experience and ability with a review after 6 months. Pay is hourly (not commission), with bonuses based on company performance after 3 months. Company subsidized health insurance plan available.
